Terms of service

Last updated: April 24, 2026

By using pudding ("the service") you agree to the terms below. Plain English version of a software services agreement.

What you can do

Use pudding to ingest customer-conversation transcripts that you have the right to ingest, extract quotes from them, and generate derivative content (ad copy, hero copy, pain syntheses) for your own marketing and product work.

What you can't do

Your data

You retain all rights to your transcripts and the quotes extracted from them. We store a copy to provide the service and keep a tagged, searchable index. You can delete it at any time from Settings → Danger zone.

Our data

The pudding software, design, and any aggregate analytics we derive about service usage (counts, latencies, error rates — never the contents of your transcripts) belong to us.

AI output

Quotes are returned verbatim from the transcript you ingested. Generated copy (ad / hero / pain synthesis) is produced by Claude, may be imperfect, and you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing. Don't treat any output as legal, medical, or financial advice.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime, but pudding is provided AS-IS. We may have outages, may change features, and may need to take the service down for maintenance. We'll do our best to communicate.

Termination

You can stop using pudding at any time. We can suspend an account that violates these terms — we'll try to give notice unless safety or legal reasons prevent it.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at what you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim (currently free → $0). We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
